Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We know life happens, and we’re always happy to help you reschedule; we just ask for a little notice so we can offer that time to another practice member who needs care.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge any time up to 5:00 PM the night before your appointment. You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days beforehand and a final SMS at 5:00pm the day before as a heads-up. Cancelling after 5:00pm the day before is treated the same as a missed appointment. You can reschedule by phone, SMS reply, or via email.
Missed Appointments
First missed appointment: We’ll reach out to rebook and let you know how our policy works going forward — no fee applies.
Second missed appointment: The full fee for that appointment type will apply, per our current fee schedule.
Exceptions: We understand things can happen. Illness, bereavement, and other genuine emergencies are always exempt — just give us a call and let us know.
