_Dr Kirk Stevens - Chiropractor
A graduate of the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2001, I was introduced to chiropractic as a youngster and never considered another career path.
I could feel the benefits regular chiropractic adjustments had on my health and everyday life. When the chance to make that same difference to other people arose there was no other answer but yes.
After 6 years of study I obtained a bachelor of Science in Psychology and a bachelor of Chiropractic Science.
In 2002 Chiropractic First opened it's doors and has become what you see today.
In 2006 I was offered the opportunity supervise interns at the New Zealand College Health Center. This is something I very much enjoy. I am grateful for the commitment the supervisors had to me while I was studying and am honored to give this same commitment back to our future chiropractors.
Outside practice I enjoy most sports, golf, boxing and kayaking in particular. I have a wonderful son who keeps me grounded, he is a constant reminder me to have fun, laugh at life and never stop learning.
